Overview
Snurkle Engineering stands behind the quality of our custom-designed devices. We accept returns under the conditions described below. If you believe your device qualifies for a return, please contact us before shipping anything back — we will guide you through the process.
Eligible Returns
A device is eligible for return if all of the following conditions are met:
- The device is in new, unused condition.
- The device has not been modified, reworked, or altered in any way from its original shipped state.
- The device shows no signs of physical damage caused after delivery.
- You contact us within 30 days of receiving the device.
Non-Eligible Returns
The following are not covered under this policy:
- Damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, or operation outside of specified parameters.
- Damage caused by incorrect voltage, reversed polarity, or other user-caused electrical faults.
- Devices that have been modified, reprogrammed (unless specified), or disassembled.
- Custom one-off designs built to a client specification, unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.
How to Start a Return
Do not ship a device back without first contacting us. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
To begin the process:
- Email contact@snurkle.net with your order details and a description of the issue.
- We will respond within 2 business days with instructions.
- If the return is approved, we will provide a return shipping address.
Once we receive and inspect the device, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved returns will be refunded or exchanged at our discretion.
